Agel Team Members,

Think back to the time that you joined Agel. There was, obviously, a reason that you made the decision and that decision would have been based on something that you wanted to change or improve in your life. The desire to make that change or improvement was strong enough to inspire you to take action. The opportunity that became available with Agel is still there but have you taken the action necessary to bring about the changes that will shape your future?

As you would have heard, while listening to the CDs that came as part of your initial order, the opportunity is the same for all of us. We all have access to the company, the same products, the same business building methods and the same compensation plan. The only difference is in each of us. Some will succeed and others will not. Which group would you prefer to be a part of?

Have you considered the circumstances that have shaped your existence until now? Have you thought about the things that you should change in order to reach the position in life that you desire? Have you realised that changes are necessary to bring about the success that you look for? Are you ready to make the necessary changes and do you know what they are?

If success in this business depends on you, then the necessary changes are up to you. Remember the old adage; "Birds of a feather flock together."
Have you noticed that people who are in a less than desirable position in life like to have company? It makes them feel more comfortable with a lifestyle that they would rather not have but are not prepared to do anything about. Have you noticed that successful people tend to associate with other successful people? It is time to think about where you would like to be in life and to take steps to get there.

Stop thinking about what you don't have and concentrate on what you do have.
Start thinking about your goals and ambitions and believe that you are already working towards them and that they are achievable. Don't think about the money that is leaving your life; rather think about the money that is entering your life. Make moves to associate with people that have the lifestyle that you desire. This doesn't mean that you have to abandon your existing friends but you may have to spend less time with them and start to develop relationships with people that inspire you and may be able to mentor you. You need to be around like minded people. There is nothing to be ashamed of in trying to improve yourself, both personally and financially.
Those that may be critical of your ambitions simply aren't prepared to make the necessary changes to improve their own lives.

Think about your appearance. Do you present a good example of the message that you are taking to people? Take an active role in improving your health.
You need to be a good advertisement of the products. You need to have optimum health, with good energy levels, resistance to infection, be mentally alert, sleeping soundly and to have the chance of extending your lifespan. You need to be using the Agel range of products. Take responsibility for your health because nobody else will. People will notice that your health has improved and they will notice other improvements that you make on a personal level. Personal growth is just one of the many benefits of this industry and you need to be ready to raise the bar a little and to achieve a new standing in life. This business should, literally, initiate the start of the new you and a new life for you and your family or loved ones. You can't make wholesale changes to your life overnight because you simply won't stick to them but you can make small changes on a regular basis. You need to change a lifetime of conditioning on where you belong in life or where you fit in. You decide where you want to be. Believe that you deserve to be successful and wealthy.

Start on this road as soon as possible. If you haven't made a conscious effort to succeed in this business, don't put it off for another day.
Believe in yourself and have belief in the company, its products and the opportunity. You have something remarkable to offer people and you should be telling the story with enthusiasm. Take the first step and each one after that will get a little easier.
