1. Make a New List
Get everyone on there, don’t prejudge, the DVD actually expands the list (who wouldn’t you have shown the business to before who you know would watch the DVD
now?) and include the people you have contacted before as the DVD may well mean you get a different result.
2. How to Contact & Invite People to view the DVD
a. MAIL – very simple, just post it! Write a note on the inside or with a post- it sticker along these lines “Have just started a new business, would value your opinion, take a look” or “Was thinking of smart people who would find this interesting and thought of you, take a look” or “I’m putting together a group of the brightest people I know to launch a new business initiative. Your skill set is perfect, take a look”
b. PERSONAL (warm/cold market) – Always better if you can have direct contact as this will have more impact, just don’t get caught trying to explain the business, if they ask what it’s all about just tell them “its all on the DVD”
Here’s a few suggested scripts (and don’t forget to ask “when do you think you’
ll have a chance to watch it?”, this will be your agreed follow up time) “Jon, the information contained on this DVD is the most important I have ever seen, when do you think you’ll have a chance to watch it?” or “Jon, I know that you are considered among the best at what you do. That leads me to believe that you could add tremendous value to a new venture I’m involved in. I would like to hear your comments after you review this DVD, when do you think you’ll have a chance to watch it?” or “Jon, I have recently decided that I will diversify my income and have found a great project. My guess is that you will be more than intrigued with the info on this DVD, when do you think you’ll have a chance to watch it?”.
c. PBR – Every PBR must now include the DVD. How easy is that, just plug n play and you have an upline expert presenting the opportunity for you and in a very professional format. Best of all your prospect can now see how they could do the business without having to become an expert.
d. URGENCY WITHOUT PRESSURE – You will have greater success if you have an energetic & busy approach but don’t go overboard trying to pressure the prospect. DO NOT give out the DVD without organised a time to follow up, otherwise you chances of success are significantly reduced.
3. Follow Up Scripts and Actions
1. “Did you have a chance to view the DVD?” Yes/No
2. If No “Its really important. When do u think you’ll have a chance to watch it?”
3. “Great, so if I call you ………………. You’ll have seen it for sure yeah?”
4. Call back and repeat the process until they have watched the DVD
5. If YES ask one of two questions
- “Did it make sense to you?” Or
- “Did you get it?”
6. “Are you ready to get started?” (Make the assumption) prospect says “Yes” or more usually “Well ………….. need more info, need more time, don’t have money etc
7. “No problem that’s why I want to ……………………. (next exposure) From either website / Mag Pack / Products / PBR / ABB / Meet Upline
8. After that exposure you then ask
“Are you ready to get started” or
“Does it make sense now” or
“Did you get a clearer picture”
9. Continue to next exposures or until they decline.
10. They join – take them through the Getting Started Process
Getting Start Process
1. Activation Order (Executive Pak or Personal Pak)
2. Appropriate Autoship – min 2 boxes per month, stretch yourself if you can afford to. The more you and your family use the products the more product stories you create. Product Stories = Product Passion.
3. Appropriate Business Tools Order – anyone serious about the business must order 50-100 DVD’s to get started. At only $2.50 each they are the best promo tool we have ever had!
4. Game Plan to go to Manager – FAST!
If you get 50 DVD’s out amongst your prospects and follow up correctly there is no reason why you won’t go manager in your first month!!!!!!
