The cake is almost ready for baking but you need one final ingredient to make it a success.

Employing people.

In your employment life you can be in a number of areas:

You can work for somebody else
You can through your education, exchange your expertise for money Own your own business But moving into the last area can be difficult when you are in either of the first two. Employed or self employed people often have a large bag of excuses as to why they don't own their own business.

Too tired
Too busy
Too young
Too old
Not enough money etc etc

Remember all excuses are equal. They are purely that. Excuses. Don't try to justify them to become reasons. No no!

The way to wealth is that need to have both people and money at work. Not you solely.

Well your cake is now ready to go into the oven. We already know that this AGEL 'cake' is in a huge expanding market. Our timing is impeccable. The products are unique and consumable and they can be marketed through the business you create.

If you haven't joined, do it now. Some people make things happen; others wonder what happened. Starting your own business can be scary. I know how you feel because I felt the same way but this is what I found.

By taking that first step and continuing to move forward on a daily basis little by little I have been able to shrug off the shackles of a job and create a life more enriched for myself and family.
